Alerts & Monitoring Service
The Alerts & Monitoring service is connected to a global network which means you are always connected, whether you are inside or outside your home.
How does it work?
- The Assist watch has an easy-to-press button to report an alert manually if there is a problem.
- If the user falls, the Assist watch automatically detects the fall and if there is immobility where the user may have lost consciousness. In this case, an automatic alert will be sent to the responders.
Through position tracking, the Assist watch can constantly monitor the user's location, and is updated every five minutes in our monitoring system. For extra peace of mind, a security zone can be setup so that the user's appointed respondents / assistants will receive an alert if the user leaves their designated zone.
The Assist watch communicates on a global network so does not require any installation at the users home. Simply turn the watch on and you are connected.
Monthly subscription service
- The Assist Watch is connected to the alerts and monitoring service for a minimum contract of 24 months.
- Payments are made annually in advance.
